Maintenance Detail Program – Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is a maintenance detail?

A maintenance detail is a lighter, recurring cleaning designed to keep your vehicle consistently clean after it has already received a full detail. It includes regular interior wipe-downs, light vacuuming, hand washing, wheel cleaning, windows, and a spray sealant for gloss.

2. Do I need a full detail before joining the maintenance program?

Yes. Every vehicle must receive a Full Detail or Showroom Detail first. This resets your vehicle to a “maintenance-ready” condition and ensures all future cleanings stay quick, effective, and affordable.

3. Is there a contract?

Yes — all plans require a minimum 1-year agreement. This allows us to offer discounted pricing, guaranteed scheduling, and consistent upkeep.

4. What frequencies do you offer?

We offer four recurring options:

  • Weekly

  • Bi-weekly (most popular)

  • Every 3 weeks

  • Every 4 weeks / Monthly​

5. What vehicles qualify for the program?

Most vehicles qualify as long as they pass the initial inspection and receive a full detail first. Vehicles with heavy stains, pet hair, mold, or severe buildup may require additional services before joining. If the additional services remain for future appointments like pet hair a slight increase of starting price will occur.

6. What is NOT included in a maintenance detail?

Maintenance plans do not include:

  • Deep shampooing

  • Stain removal

  • Pet hair removal

  • Mold or odor treatment

  • Spill cleanup

  • Heavy debris removal

  • Paint correction or polishing

  • Oxidation removal

  • Engine bay cleaning

  • Wax

These can be scheduled as add-on services if needed.

7. What happens if I skip an appointment?

Skipping or canceling multiple appointments may remove your vehicle from the program. To keep pricing discounted, vehicles must stay within maintenance condition. If skipped your following appointment will be closer as the dates are secured for the entire year in advanced.

8. Is there a cancellation fee?

Yes. Because of the 1-year contract, early termination incurs a $350 cancellation fee.
Last-minute cancellations (under 72 hours) are charged the full service amount.

9. Do you need access to water or power?

No — we are fully mobile and self-contained. We bring everything needed to complete the detail at your home or workplace.

​

10. How do payments work?

A card is kept on file for recurring billing. After each maintenance visit, payment is processed automatically.
